Provil organises a two day event for renowned chefs of famous hotel groups in Rhodes
On February 19th & 20th, at Provil's headquarters in Thessaloniki, a two-day conference was held with guests, distinguished Executive Chefs & Chefs of major hotel groups in Rhodes. Sunrise, Colossos, Stamatiadis and Platinum Group, Sun Plaza and many others. 
During the two-day event, Provil executives presented the latest trends in Greek gastronomy, nutrition, tips on meat management, food cost and other important issues related to food service. 
Guests had the opportunity to tour the company's factory and see first hand, some of the production processes.
On Thursday night, a dinner was held at the awared Salonica Restaurant, where the menu was curated by renowned Chef Mr Sotiris Evangelou.
